If your hotel exceed our pickup area, you may still attend by meeting your guide at Tokyo Station with a partially refund of 3200JPY. · If your hotel is not within the selected area, please contact us for double confirmation before booking. · Your guide will contact you a night before your trip via WhatsApp or LINE please ensure you download the app for smooth communication. · The bus will be departing on time (no exception). · In case of late arrivals or arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted.
