Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Concession tickets are for students, holders of a disability card, pupils, trainees, and seniors (With proof only). Please bring your card or ID, as you may be asked to show it at the entrance
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
The main exhibition space and the 360-degree experience room are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the AI Gallery and Infinity Room are not
