Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under the age of 5 can join free of charge, but they won’t be able to participate in the hands-on baking experience due to safety concerns.
Plan to show up 15 minutes early. The tour starts promptly, and you may not be able to catch up if you arrive late

Get hands on and learn authentic French baking techniques from an expert baker during this small-group insider experience (max 8 guests). At either two traditional Parisian bakeries — you’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.
You’ll even learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, how to laminate dough, and baguette-shaping techniques. And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavor influences what you create.
