Policies

Purchase Summary

  • You will need to sign the rental documents and pay 2,000 baht cash deposit when picking up Portable WIFI. Receipt will be provided after the rental and the deposit will be refunded after the device is returned.
  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged.
  • Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return.
  • If the device is not returned on the specified date, the charge will be THB 200 per day.

Usage reminder

  • If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 8-20 hours.
  • Kindly note that the wifi pocket will not able to receive the signal at the airport on the 4th floor due to interference. Please recheck the signal outside the area.
  • Please return your pocket wifi device at your selected pick-up location.

Activation Procedure

  • Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 3 seconds to search for a network.
  • Step 2: Connect your device to a Wi-Fi signal.
  • Step 3: Enter the password.
  • Step 4: Enjoy.

Redemption Period

The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

THB 2,500 with insurance or THB 5,000 with no insurance.
For pocket wifi device with insurance, the fine of other damages (screen damage, damage by water, or loss) will be 50% OFF.

For pocket wifi device with insurance, the fine of other damages (screen damage, damage by water, or loss) will be 50% OFF.
