- Passengers who need to bring wheelchairs do not need to pay extra fees. Please fill in the wheelchair size in the order remarks column to facilitate vehicle arrangement. Please note.
- Please depart on time at the scheduled time to avoid delays. If departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the trip will start from the originally scheduled departure time.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if you cause damage or dirt on the items in the car, you must pay compensation according to the price and pay cash on the spot.
- No pets are allowed on board, otherwise we have the right to cancel the trip without refunding.

Important Information
- If you need to postpone the experience, you must notify us at least 7 days before the experience day. The product cannot be postponed for more than 20 days. You cannot change the original car model or request to change the number of vehicles and models on the grounds of increasing or decreasing the number of people. For shared rides, we cannot accept changes to reduce the number of people.
- If the notification is made within 6 days (inclusive) before the travel experience date, no extension will be accepted. If cancelled, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
- If you postpone your reservation, please note that the price difference during weekdays, consecutive holidays, or peak tourist seasons such as winter and summer vacations and New Year holidays must be borne by the VIP. Please refer to the optional date sales prices on the website.
- This trip provides driver pick-up and drop-off service, meals, and attraction consultation, but does not provide tour guide service.
- The driver can communicate in English/Japanese and has translation tools available.
- Our staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that your network is working properly and pay attention to the messages on your mobile phone.
- Reference dealers for five-seater cars are TOYOTA Altis / Reference dealers for nine-seater cars are VW T5/T6. We do not specify the color or model of the car, and the actual car dispatched on the day will be the main factor.
- Some scenic spots in Taiwan may have occasional sudden temporary traffic control based on the daily crowds and traffic conditions. When encountering traffic control, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.
- The itinerary contents are all feasible arrangements, but the driver will still discuss with the passengers and make adjustments based on the traffic conditions, weather factors and the length of stay at the attractions on the day.
- Please note that the maximum number of passengers in a five-seater car is 4, and the maximum number of passengers in a nine-seater car is 8.

Other Pickup and Drop-off Locations
1. Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Taichung City. Additional fees will be charged outside Taichung City. All additional fees must be paid to the driver in cash
2. Additional charges for non- private charter car service areas in Taichung:
- NT$500 Taiping, Dali, Wuri
- NT$800 Wufeng, Wuqi, Qingshui, Dadu, Longjing
- NT$1000 Fengyuan, Houli, Shengang, Waipu, Shigang, Dajia, Daan
- NT$1200 Xinshe, Dongshi, Heping
3. If both the boarding and alighting locations are located outside the service area, an additional fee will be charged for each trip (e.g., if you board the bus in downtown Taichung and get off at Xinshe, an additional fee of NT$1,200 will be charged; if both the boarding and alighting locations are located in Xinshe, an additional fee of NT$2,400 will be charged)
4.8-hour private charter car is limited to 200 kilometers, 10-12 hours private charter car is limited to 300 kilometers
5.4-6 hours private charter car cannot cross two counties or cities

Overtime Fees
5/9-seater car: NT$800/car every 60 minutes, please pay to the driver on site
Child seat rental fee
Taiwan law: Children under 4 years old must use a baby bed or safety seat. It is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm in height use a car booster cushion. Please note your child's date of birth, height and weight when booking. An infant seat costs NT$200 per day. A nine-seater can accommodate a maximum of two child seats and a five-seater can accommodate one.

車況不錯，司機路很不熟，有開錯路
訂位有要求兒童安全座椅，但旅行社漏掉，臨時也無法提供，只好一路用抱的。
車子是賓士九人座車況很好，價格蠻實惠的。
有提前幾天告知行程，但司機對路線不熟悉，開導航還是有開錯幾次路，要我一直跟司機報路。
