Unlike most of restaurants in Stone Town, which mainly serve continental and European dishes, Sahani is the place where you can get the really swahili dishes in Stone Town Essentially the food here has trace of Indian, Arabic and Swahili elements, styles and dishes all together. We use growing spices, vegetables and herbs such as: nutmeg, cloves, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and ginger. Your tongue deserves to be exited as you enjoy meals after Spice Tour, Stone Town Tour or spending time around Zanzibar. Sahani make sure you get a really taste of the seafood, spice and coconut. Always no Menu, only chef surprises, vegetarian please let us know when you make booking. Max 10 people to serve. Dinner start 6:00 evening, if you want to experience cooking in our Sahani Kitchen our chef waiting for you, we will start one hour before dinner.
