As you leave Sedona and venture into the Arizona outback, watch the terrain change from cement to desert, and start looking for glimpses of the area’s array of wildlife. Listen as your guide explains the importance of the three biological zones and how they contribute to the spectacular diversity of local animal species. You'll learn about the native ecology systems, the personalities of the different animals and the conservation efforts that help protect them. You might come across such creatures as elk, deer, turkeys, coyotes, black bears and more. Bump along across the rugged terrain in the 4-wheel-drive Jeep to the next two zones, where you’ll learn about the differences between each.
