The morning tour, led by either Michelin-trained Chef Abram or local expert Cecilia, is a lively 2.5- to 3-hour adventure featuring five curated street food tastings and delightful local sweets in off-the-beaten-path spots. For a more refined experience, the evening tour is a 4-hour odyssey exclusively with Chef Abram that starts with a Sweet Merenda high tea, followed by three gourmet street food tastings, and concludes with a multi-course Piedmontese dinner at a top local venue, including 2 local spirits & 2 premium DOC-DOCG Wine pairings. If this minimum is not met 24 hours prior to the tour, we'll offer a reschedule or full refund. • Dress code: ‘CASUAL’ (dress accordingly to the season or/and weather conditions) • Bad weather: Our tour runs rain or shine, if the weather conditions are very bad, we can ask you to reschedule your tour, or offer a full refund. • How much walking is involved? We will walk a total distance of max 2.5 km. With never more than 10/15 minutes of walk between each tasting stops. Most of the venues have the possibility to sit, as some of the StreetFoods will be savoured outside, standing. The restaurant lunch/dinner will be a sitting tasting experience. • What to Expect? The ‘StreetFood D’luxe Tour’ is led by a michelin trained chef and a local gastronomist who take you in this 3.5 hours (Approx) ‘Walking’ tour to a range of locations, from coffee bars and gelaterie to pizzeria and local restaurants. At each of the stops you’ll try a small dish or/and beverage and learn how it fits into the city’s culture. The tour will start or end in a local enoteca/gastronomia, trattoria or wine bar/restaurant with a D’luxe local tasting menu, including wine. • One Important Note: Please be on Time at the Meeting point! Go out a little bit sooner, as the city centre can be very crowdy, and we don’t want to let wait the other guests that join the tour. Incase of help call the number on your E-Ticket.
