• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. • A Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation booking will be sent at the time of confirmation is not the official ticket. • The official ticket will be sent to you within 24 hours. Redemption Locations: • At Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, tickets can be redeemed at B1 near the subway entrance (05:00–22:50) or behind the CGV cinema (09:00–22:50); follow the yellow AREX Airport Express signs. • At Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, visit the Travel Center at B1 in the Transportation Center (05:00–22:40) by taking the escalator down after arrival. • At Seoul Station, head to the Express Train Service Center on B2, open from 06:00 to 22:50.
