- This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible
- By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
- For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. Once the Vatican Museums ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.
- Please note that the Vatican Museums are an active place of worship. Therefore, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for such closures.
- Please be aware that during the Jubilee Year, certain areas of the Vatican Museums may be inaccessible due to religious ceremonies. These circumstances are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed. Option with Pick-up please call 24 hours before the tour starts to receive your pickup time and please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to assigned pickup time. Service available for hotel centrally located only. Pick up starting from 45mins approx before tour departure. From August 6 2021, the entrance will only be granted if in possession of: • COVID-19 green certification, issued after the administration of the first dose of vaccine, which is valid from the fifteenth day following until the date scheduled for the administration of the second dose (in case of a double-dose vaccine). The green certificate is in any case valid for nine months after completion of the vaccination cycle; • Recovery from the Sars-CoV-2 infection (six months validity); • Negative result of Sars-CoV-2 in a rapid molecular or antigenic test with a (48 hours validity); When entering you must show this documentation and your ID for a proper check. PLEASE NOTE: in lack of a Green Pass and a valid ID document, there will be no refund for any previously purchased tickets.
