  • The meeting point is under the arches of the Mondadori bookshop (written inMONDADORI on the sign), which is on the right-hand side of the Piazza del Duomo, when standing next to the Statue of Vittorio Emanuele II (man on a horse with a sword) and facing the front entrance (façade) of the Cathedral.

• Please ensure to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • Gratuities to guides providing excellent service are appreciated. • Extra measures may be implemented due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. We also recommend for the summer months to prepare yourself with a hat, solar cream and a bottle of water. • Please note that after the elevator there are about 50 steps to reach the top of the Cathedral and there is not elevator to descent. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests in wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours. • Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
