What's included in Sicilian Cooking Class in Palermo
(Subject to Option Inclusions)We will go together to the market to buy all the ingredients, then we walk 10 minutes to go home and we start cooking, always with a glass of wine too.

A stew vegetable salade, with eggplants, onions, capers and green olives and the typical taste ''agrodolce''
MAIN - Busiate al pesto trapanese
Busiate is a typical pasta shape from Trapani town, and we will prepare it with a local special Trapani pesto, different from the common green one.
