Magome-juku is a historic post station on the Nakasendo Road in Japan, located on the border of Nagano and Gifu prefectures. These post stations were once important way stations on the Edo period (1603-1868) connecting Edo (now Tokyo) and Kyoto. They are now famous historical and cultural heritage sites that attract many tourists to experience the traditional Japanese countryside.

[Magome-juku] Magome-juku is the 43rd post station on the Nakasendo Road, located in Gifu Prefecture. Similar to Tsumago-juku, Magome-juku also retains many traditional buildings and street layouts. It is located on a hillside, so you can see magnificent mountain views. These places make people feel like they have returned to Japan hundreds of years ago and are ideal places to understand and experience Japanese history and culture. Features Although not very high, the Ryujin Falls is named because its waterfall is shaped like a winding dragon. The water of the waterfall pours down from the rocks, forming a white water belt, especially in the spring snowmelt season and rainy season, the water is abundant and the momentum is more magnificent. Surrounding environment The natural environment around the waterfall is very peaceful, and the changes of the four seasons make the scenery here unique. The fresh green of spring, the thick shade of summer, the red leaves of autumn and the snow scene of winter all add different beauty to the waterfall. Especially in autumn, the surrounding maple leaves dye the entire scenic area red, which forms a sharp contrast with the clear waterfall water, which is extremely spectacular. Tour suggestions Ryujin Falls is not far from the city of Nakatsugawa. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from Tsumago-juku Magome-juku. After getting off the bus, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the waterfall.
