Arrival Instructions: In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stands 1,2,3. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or an MTS Globe Logo. In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 60 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time. If you booked a shared transfer, you might have to wait a maximum of 60 minutes for your transfer.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • After leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, look directly in front of you: all guides, assistants and drivers are holding their signs in the hallway. If you do not see your name or agency logo, please walk down the aisle to your left or right, going around, so as to get to where the assistants are holding the signs; your driver will most likely be looking for you as well. Please identify yourself by showing them a copy of your booking voucher.
