We strongly recommend getting to the heliport just 20’ before your flight. The heliport facilities are very cozy for a short time period but we wouldn’t suggest arriving there hours before your flight. The 20’ is pretty enough to check in, relax, and get ready for takeoff.

You'll just need to present a valid form of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, and you're good to fly. Before you take to the skies, we'll need to do a quick ID and luggage security check. It's just to make sure everyone stays safe and sound during the flight.

The pilot of your flight is in charge of ensuring a safe flight for everyone and reserves the right to deny boarding if the safety of the flight may be at risk.

Therefore the maximum weight allowed should be at most 100kg per assigned seat (ie. passenger and baggage). If you might exceed this limit, please contact us before booking your ticket.
