• Service Hours: 24 hours (surcharge applied after 21:00)
  
• Available Area: Samui International Airport and Samui
  
• Grace Period
  - Arrival: 2 hours, after that will be charged by hourly rate
  - Departure: 15 minutes, after that will be charged by hourly rate
  - Hourly rates are varied in each type of vehicles and areas
• All vehicles are cleaned and disinfected every trip according to SHA Standards
  
• All vehicles are able to carry wheelchairs and has a partition shield between the driver and passengers
• 15 minutes stop over is allowed for restroom, pharmacy or any serious matters
  
• Additional or overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles), please request to upgrade to be VAN upon reservation
  

— Meeting Points —

• Samui International Airport (USM):
  - Exit the arrival hall after collecting your luggage
  - Proceed to the arrival hall inside the terminal
  - There is only 1 official airport meeting point; please proceed to the designated meeting area as shown in the picture
• Hotels: Please wait at Hotel Lobby / Concierge Counter / Hospitality Desk
  
• Please look for our staffs with the your name on the sign board (A4 size)

• Standard SUV: Toyota Fortuner, Izuzu MU7, Mitsubishi Pajero (3 people, 3 maximum luggages)
• Standard Sedan: Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chagan Deepal (3 people, 3 maximum luggages)
• Business Class Sedan: Mercedes Benz E Class, BMW 5 Series (3 people, 3 maximum luggages)
  
• Normal Van: Toyota Commuter (9 people, 5 maximum luggages)
