- Check in at Asiatique The Riverfront, Warehouse #7 (2194 Charoen Krung Rd, Bangkok). Check-in: Sunset 16:00–17:00, Dinner 18:30–19:15. Walk to red "Cruise Ticket Booth", turn right, walk 100–200m to your check-in counter. Arrive 15 mins early. No refund for latecomers.
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
Your cruise voucher will be shared separately via email or WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed. Please show this voucher at the check-in counter at ASIATIQUE The Riverfront Warehouse 7 to redeem your boarding pass. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time to avoid missing the cruise. Follow signs to the “Cruise Ticket Booth,” then walk straight and turn right as directed. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
