Check in with our staff at the Crown Tours office, No. 13. Customers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance. Under those circumstancies as per standard policy no refund will be issued. In order to best serve you we kindly remind you that: Comfortable shoes are recommended ID may be required for entrance (especially for guests under the age of 18).
