This authentic underground cellar, obtained from the careful and skillful recovery of a Roman cistern from the 1st century AD, is furnished with antique objects and furniture that make this place unique. “Life is too short to drink mediocre wines.” Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Original Roman marble, ancient artifacts, furniture, and things related to the production of wine decorate the walls and wooden shelves, making this place welcoming and pleasant. Over the years, this wine cellar in Rome has become a place for tastings of excellent products for lovers of authentic products and faithful to the ancient tradition of Italian food and wine culture.

Remember that the time you booked refers to the Tasting in Va dell'arco di San Calisto,19. The day before the experience, the QR CODE will be sent to conveniently download the audio guide APP on your SmartPhone, which must not have been produced before 2020. We suggest you get headphones and make sure your smartphone battery is charged. Once the application has been downloaded, follow the instructions, set the language and the recommended itinerary. It is best to start the self-guided tour from Piazza Trinità dei Monti. The audio-guided tour, lasting 100/120 minutes, ends with a food and wine tasting at the Fabullus winery in Via dell'Arco di San Calisto, 19. The tasting lasts 60/75 minutes. A maximum delay of 15 minutes is tolerated, after which you will be considered a NoShow and will not be entitled to any refund. If there is availability, at another time or another day, the tasting can be rebooked by repaying only 50% of the amount that must be paid on site. You can choose to take the audio-guided tour before or after the tasting. When booking the children's rate does not include alcohol but only water and 1 soft drink. Any extras not included in the menu can be ordered and paid on site. When booking, it is mandatory to communicate any allergies or intolerances to food and drinks. Failure to communicate does not guarantee the service. We do not serve vegan, halal, or kosher menus.
