Ticket Redemption
This ticket/voucher is strictly non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the lead booking person whose name appears on the voucher. Present your email confirmation/e-voucher (digital or print) to the Red Baron staff for verification. The lead booking person should be prepared to present their valid photo ID for cross-referencing with the name on the voucher. Please be waiting in your hotel lobby at least 10-15 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or miss your scheduled pickup, you may be considered a "no-show," and unfortunately, a refund may not be provided.
