Private Walking Tour of Florence Esotericism

With this very special visit we will look for the alchemical symbols hidden in the imposing buildings and also in the invisible corners of the city. Florence and magic: esoteric symbols that have been handed down from the darkness of the centuries of history of this city.

Along with the strict religiosity that pervaded all eras in Florence, there was also the need to appeal to alchemy and esoteric symbols. On the facades of the basilicas of Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella there are evident signs of science mixed with esoteric symbols, and the palindrome of the Florence Baptistery is still a mystery to be revealed.

An extremely interesting part of the tour is the entrance to the Masonic symbology museum, which was created by a private collector.

The bronze statue in question portrays General Manfredo Fanti (who died in Florence), a work of 1873 by the sculptor Papi
