At the time of boarding the assigned vehicle — whether it is a Chevrolet Suburban SUV, a Cadillac, or another model selected by the driver — you will be asked to present your ticket either digitally on your mobile device or in printed form, according to your preference. To ensure proper verification and confirmation of your trip, the driver will take a photograph of your ticket. This image will serve as a visual record to validate that the service corresponds to the selected route, thereby guaranteeing the highest level of security and transparency throughout your transfer.
