It would be a great idea to switch on your mobile phone or connect to the train station's free Wi-Fi upon your arrival. If we are not able to get in touch with you 30 minutes after your actual train arrival time, we may have to release your driver. In situations that the train is delayed, your driver will track the train number you provided in your booking, so they can adjust the complimentary waiting time to the train’s actual arrival time.
