At the feet of the rock that dominates the medieval village of St-Jeannet, discover a vineyard using a rather unusual - but wholly traditional - wine fermentation process: ageing wine in the sun. Visit the second-most village in France. This medieval "cité" is world-famous amongst artists. Discover the passageways frequented by the likes of Picasso, Renoir, Folon and (most famously) Chagall.
