Your pickup location is fully customizable (in the territory of Portugal) to your convenience. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup spot at least 15min prior to your excursion's scheduled start time.

We cannot accept responsibility for any cost incurred, or for subsequent, problems encountered, due to error that were not reported to us. Airport/Port and Bus/Train Station Meeting Point: The driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport, holding a sign showing the lead passenger name. Other Pick-up location: The driver will meet you at the pick-up address you mentioned on voucher. Children/Infants: If you travel with children or babies please check that you ordered a baby seat as well. During the trip babies and children need to use specific seats accordingly their age. Luggage: Please check carefully luggage allowance in the vehicle that you booked. Please note that is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number if you cannot locate the driver at the pick-up point. If you decide to leave the meeting point without calling the emergency phone number or our reservation office, the service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.
