Amalfi
The Amalfi Coast got its name from the village of Amalfi and was declared protected by UNESCO because of its mere beauty. Amalfi is also rich in history and traditions: it is one of the four maritime republics, in fact, every 4 years it hosts a sea race with Pisa, Genoa, and Venice and in the past, it boasted the production of the famous Amalfi paper.
Ravello
Ravello is located on the beautiful Amalfi coast, but don’t be fooled as it’s positioned at 315 meters above sea level. The most popular places are Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone in addition to the Cathedral of Ravello.
Pompeii Archaeological Park
The buried cities of Pompeii has been left under a blanket of ashes after the eruption of Vesuvius in 79. Let’s say “a must see” of our Peninsula.
