If you're staying at a hotel within the historical center, we can assist you in booking a watertaxi transfer (extra cost) to reach Piazzale Roma easily, where our driver will be waiting. Venice Mainland (Mestre, Marghera or other areas): For pick-ups from any address on the mainland, simply provide your exact location (hotel, B&B, apartment). The driver will pick you up directly at the entrance. In all cases, the driver's contact information will be provided prior to your transfer, and our operations team is available via phone or WhatsApp for any assistance or real-time updates.
