Cobra Island According to a local legend, Manlihan Island is nicknamed “Cobra Island” because of the treasure Japanese soldiers left there after the war. When the fishermen found the chest, it was surmounted by a golden cobra. It is nowaday one of the highlights of the expeditions exploring Linapacan. It is a perfect spot for snorkeling, sun-bathing, or simply enjoying the splendor of the area. The white sand beach is a treat for the eyes, and lying down in the shadow of the lush vegetation feels like a luxury.
