Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Visit the breathtaking red rock sandstone formations of the Red Rocks Amphitheater. Sculpted by millions of years of geological processes, and known world wide for the over 150 concerts and events hosted each year, this is one landmark you don’t want to miss! Hike the amphitheater to the top to witness and photograph a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Time permitting visit the Red Rocks Hall of Fame.
Dinosaur Ridge
Take a short walk on Dinosaur Ridge, where you’ll step right into the footsteps of creatures that roamed these parts 150 million years ago. You’ll see dinosaur tracks and fossils embedded in the rocks—proof that even the mighty creatures of old had a place in this rugged land.
Lookout Mountain
