We may need to contact you prior or on the day of your tour. Please ensure that nominated mobile phone (cell phone) is fully charged, switched on, roaming enabled and checked for potential text or voice messages. Driver-guides will be on standby at the hotel or cruise terminal in front of the vehicle, at the domestic airport by the luggage carousel, and at the international airport in the arrival hall (past customs), holding a sign displaying your booking name five minutes prior to the designated pick-up time. For tours beginning at the airport, ensure you allocate enough time to complete all procedures (at least 60 minutes for international terminals, and at least 30 minutes for domestic terminals). Parking at some pick-up locations is time-restricted, and delays may result in additional parking charges bearable by the client. If you are running late, please inform us promptly. Safety of all passengers is our highest priority and Wachtl Australia guarantees compliance with all appropriate state laws. Under the Passenger Transport Act 2014 passengers of a motor vehicle that is moving, or is stationary but not parked, must wear seatbelt. All passengers under the age of 12 months must be properly secured in a rearward-facing child restraint, which can be provided upon request prior the travel along with booster cushions for older children. In compliance with Wachtl Australia's Safety Management System policy, passengers under the age of 12 are not permitted to sit in the front seat or any seat equipped with an airbag. Passengers must exercise diligence and adhere to their own duty of care. Additionally, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian. In accordance with the NSW Transport Act, the consumption of food or beverages, excluding water, is strictly forbidden on all forms of public transport, including our vehicles.
