You will embark on a scenic drive, passing through university school zones, the bustling main town, and various communities, including former slave "free villages," fishers, and farmers' communities. As you take in the spectacular views of lush mountains and the Caribbean Sea, you will begin the volcano hike at 700 feet above sea level, ascending to 3100 feet with the summit of our 3792 ft volcano in sight. At the peak, you'll behold the crater of Mt Liamuiga volcano and take in panoramic views of the community below and the neighboring island's volcano. Ensure you bring a change of clothes for after the hike, in case of rain or intense sweat. Rest assured, you will have your own personal guide(s) accompanying you throughout the entire adventure.
