- If you stay in an airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because the lane is too narrow to drive. You need to walk out to the roadside or other appointed places.

- Hotel pickup services are available within specific areas of Chiang Mai city: Old Town, Urban Area and Outskirts Area. See the labelled areas in the map screenshots. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking.
- We provide up to 10 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby from the appointed time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fee may apply.
- Please make sure you provide us with your correct flight information and hotel address.
- According to Thailand land transport department provisions, all passengers must fasetn seat belts. Otherwise, you will be fined 1000 THB per person by local traffic police.
- Driving fast is normal in Thailand because of the severe traffic jam. But driver always abides by traffic order. Sit and relax, please make sure you fasten your seat belt all the time.
- Standard Saloon Car (5 seats): 1-2 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 2 or 29-inch x 1.
- Standard Van (7 seats): 3-4 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 4 or 29-inch x 2.
- Business Van (10 seats): 5-8 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 6 or 29-inch x 4.
- Deluxe Van (12 seats): 5-9 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 7 or 29-inch x 4.
- Roads are closed from 17:00 to 23:00 for weekend night markets, some hotels pickup and drop-off will be affected. Saturday: the roads of Wa Lai District are closed. Some hotel guests will be dropped off at Chiang Mai Gate only. Sunday: the roads between Tha Phae Gate and Wat Phra Singh are closed. Some hotel guests will be dropped off near Tha Phae Gate or Wat Phra Singh only.
