During this custom service, our barbecue wiz will cook a fantastic meal with you and will also guide you through the whole process, giving pointers and tips. A fiery experience for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. Drinks: We provide one 1,5-litre bottle of water per person and some shots of ice-cold Zivania.
We do a mean eggplant purée. After we grill the eggplants, they are transferred to a dish and gets mashed, alongside smoky garlic.
