You will discover the secrets of Nonna Maria's cuisine and learn how to prepare typical dishes of the territory that you can easily replicate at home, thanks to our detailed explanations and the cookbook that will be delivered to you.
Pickup included
A unique format that allows participants to immerse themselves in rural life, living an authentic and engaging experience. Structure of the programme: - Guided tour of the estate: exploration of citrus groves, olive groves, vegetable gardens and vineyards with explanations on local cultivation and production. Participants will directly collect some of the ingredients to be used during the experience. - Aperitif/Tasting with peasant products and our production (jams, EVO oil, cheeses, cold cuts etc.) - Mozzarella demonstration: a moment dedicated to the discovery of the artisan process to create mozzarella, then used as a condiment later. - Cooking class: creation from the bases of fresh pasta and eggplant parmesan. - Final tasting: Sharing of dishes prepared in a convivial atmosphere, paired with glasses of local wine selected according to the personal tastes of the participants and the condiments chosen. - Tasting of our homemade liqueurs, such as limoncello and nocino. - Final greetings and delivery of the certificate of participation
