STARTER - Folhado de Alheira de Mirandela

Mirandela’s alheira puff pastry. A delicious reinterpretation of the alheira: a smoked sausage traditionally made with poultry and bread.

MAIN - Bacalhau à Brás

Shredded codfish with potatoes and eggs. One of Portugal's most emblematic dishes and a shining example of the country's passion for salted cod.

MAIN - Açorda de camarão

Traditional soup made with rustic wheat bread, garlic, olive oil, fresh coriander and prawns. The bread serves as a base, absorbing the seafood broth.

DESSERT - Rabanadas ao vinho do Porto

Portuguese version of French toast, soaked in a sweet syrup infused with port wine, giving the dish a uniquely Portuguese character.
