• Please, be at the check in point 15 minutes before departure time. • The maximum number of people per group is 18. • Not wheelchair accessible • Tours proceed rain or shine, dress appropriately. • Secure your belongings; we’re not responsible for losses. • Full name of each passenger and Passport/ID number is mandatory to confirm the booking. • A minimum of people is required for this activity to take place. In case of not reaching the minimum of participants, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal value, or a full refund. • This flight is not private and there may be other passengers on board with you. The helicopter is designed to carry a maximum of three passengers, and we need to distribute the weight of the passengers evenly for the safety and stability of the aircraft. • The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 120 kg (264,55 lbs.), in case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed 110 kg (242,50 lbs.), you’ll be asked to pay for two seats. • All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board the helicopter.
