Each participant may bring one piece of luggage. Please note this when registering. If you do not inform us in advance about children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat and the amount of luggage, resulting in limited space on the vehicle, boarding will be denied, and no refunds will be given.

According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure the safety of the drivers and the stability of the journey, the itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual situation, including reducing the time spent at tourist attractions or canceling certain sights. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.

Due to the winding mountain roads, taking the bus may cause discomfort. It is advisable to take the Rokko Mountain Cable Car at your own expense for a more comfortable journey.

If the cable car is temporarily suspended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, additional time will be allocated for soaking in Arima Onsen.

Admission fees, activity costs, and information are for reference only; all details will ultimately be subject to local regulations.

Natural scenery is subject to the impact of weather conditions, which are considered force majeure. If the expected views are not visible, no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!

The language of the staff is determined by the local supplier, and guests cannot specify staff in a particular language.

During the travel and free activity periods, please be sure to pay attention to your personal and property safety. In case of any accidents or losses, the responsibility will be borne by the guests.

The operator will arrange different vehicle types based on the number of participants, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested. If the number of participants is low, the driver will also serve as the accompanying staff, providing important information and highlights of the tour, but will not offer off-board guiding services.

If the traveler is over 70 years old or pregnant, at least one adult companion is required to accompany them. To ensure safety and complete the relevant protection process, they need to sign a waiver of liability agreement. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. After receiving the order, we will email the waiver of liability agreement document. Kindly sign it in advance, take a photo, and return it to complete the registration process.

Guests participating in free activities or optional paid activities are responsible for arranging and allocating their own activity times. If the timing of these activities affects the progress of subsequent itineraries, guests will bear any related responsibilities.

This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation will be subject to the actual situation on the day.

The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary or delete attractions based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.

During the group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group in advance or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to have been abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded.
