- Museum tickets are timed and non-refundable. Pre-reserved tickets guarantee access to the Pyramid within half an hour of the time shown on the ticket
- Due to restrictions, parties of 6 or more people may be split into different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point.
- Strikes at the Louvre may happen and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, we will offer a guided walking tour of Paris for 2 hours instead.
- Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
- Tickets can only be used once. You will not be able to get back in if you leave one of the museum wings.
- Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

- We meet in front of “Café le Nemours” on Place Colette. The nearest metro station is Palais Royal, be sure to take exit 5 “Place Colette“. As you come out of the metro exit, turn around and you will see Café le Nemours. Our guide will be there holding a company sign.

•Please find your guide at the meeting spot. They will have the pre-reserved tickets with them. Your guide will have a sign that has the logo of Walks In Europe. •All customers will have to go through security to enter the Louvre. This line may be long in high season. •Due to restrictions of the museum, the total number of people in each group is limited to 6. There is a possibility of splitting into different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point so that each guide has 6 people only.
