For the Norman Palace and Palatine Chapel tour, please meet the guide at Piazza del Parlamento in Palermo, at the main entrance of the Norman Palace. Please arrive at each meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure time. Please note that you are responsible for reaching the meeting point independently. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
