Ostuni: cooking class with local family in the countryside
In this experience you will be welcomed by me and my family in our house in the countryside surrounded by the olive trees of Puglia and under our guidance you will learn not only to cook handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruits from our garden.
Obviously after cooking we will taste together the results of our work.
At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can propose them at your home when you want!

- A bottle (every two people) to choose from white wine Fiano or Primitivo rosé / red of Produttori di Manduria.
- Lunch + 3-course cooking class: one starter, one first course and one dessert of your choice
- Dinner + 3-course cooking class: an appetizer, a first course and a dessert of your choice
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Alcoholic beverages will be served to those over 18 years of age.
- As a non-alcoholic alternative to alcohol we offer Fanta.
- When booking, please specify any food intolerances or allergies.
- In case of animal allergies there is a cat in the house.
- We offer transportation service to and from Ostuni in case of lack of car with additional price according to distance.
