- Airport pick up service is not available due to this is a shared tour. Please provide your hotel located in Cebu City, Mandaue City, Mactan for pick up & drop off. Changing your pick-up to Mactan Airport is not allowed, we will have to cancel your booking and will not give a refund.
- There is a schedule pick-up time for each guests. The supplier will email the scheduled time.
- The driver will meet you at the lobby and will wait up to 10 minutes before proceeding to the next schedule pick-up. If you’re not at the lobby, we will consider it a no show and not be able to give a refund.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu, Mactan Area between 02:00 am–3:00 am at hotel lobby (Actual pick-up time will be confirm a day before departure, kindly double check your inbox.)

- Airport pick up service is NOT available due to this is a shared tour. Please provide your hotel located in Cebu City, Mandaue City, Mactan for pick up & drop off. Changing your pick-up to Mactan Airport is not allowed, we will have to cancel your booking and will not give a refund.
- Moalboal area is NOT allowed to pick-up/ drop-off
- Waterproof cameras are available for rent on-site for PHP600. Please bring your own USB to access and retrieve the photos.
- You may ask the boat staff to assist you in taking photos. Travellers are encouraged to tip tour guides and drivers.
- Children must be at least 7 years old to participate in the tour.
