Show your paper/mobile voucher at Stop #1 M&M's World, or to Big Bus staff at any of our stops. Statue of Liberty: You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal. On arrival you will need to pass through a security checkpoint before boarding the ferry, but do not join this line without first retrieving your ferry ticket. Please allow 30 minutes prior to boarding for this security check. Empire State: Please visit bigbustours.com/manage-my-booking to book your time and date of visit in advance.
