I-O-N Wong Chuk Hang will launch the "Thai Flavour Feast Buffet" starting from May 5, featuring a range of traditional Thai dishes, including Spicy Squid Salad, Stir-fried Clams with Thai Basil, Green Curry Chicken, Spicy Fish Fillet, and Coconut Chicken Soup. Our signature dishes will also be served on rotation, such as flavourful Stir-fried Pepper Crab (only available at night), Grilled Prawns with Oatmeal, and Salted Egg Crispy Fish Skin, allowing you to enjoy the tastes of Southeast Asia fully.
Dessert lovers won't want to miss the Thai-inspired sweets, including Mango Sticky Rice, Pumpkin Coconut Pudding, and Durian Cheesecake, along with refreshing Cendol where diners can mix and match their favourite toppings, making you feel as if you are in the heart of Thailand.
Join us on June 14-15 as our culinary team presents exclusive Father’s Day dishes, featuring Typhoon Shelter Stir-fried Slipper Lobster, Thai Salted Egg Yolk Stir-Fried Squid, Slow-Cooked Oxtail, and Coffee Caramel Pudding, as a heartfelt tribute to all the wonderful fathers.
