• Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
• Overloading risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and the vehicle cannot be boarded, the cost will be borne by the guest.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, we may provide vehicles of the same class to ensure a comfortable trip.
• A 7-seater car can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger people among the passengers, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater car to ensure a comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space.

Precautions

• This vehicle can only be driven within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Tokyo and within 300 kilometers outside Tokyo (if the itinerary is not in the same area, for example: Nikko + Kawagoe Koedo area, a cross-area service fee will be charged)
• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location (reserve time according to actual conditions); the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so as to fully enjoy the attractions
• Special note: For vehicles with more than 18 seats, the total duration of the charter service is 9 hours, and 7 hours if it starts or ends at a different location (time is reserved based on actual conditions); the service is available from 08:00 to 20:00, and overtime can be up to 1 hour.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays caused by traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with less than 10 seats: 5,000 yen for each hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 yen for each hour of overtime
• Departure time can be based on passenger needs (within the service time)
• Please note: Drivers can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to speak English
• The supplier will send you the driver's information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please wait for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
• The pick-up and drop-off points are all in hotels or B&Bs within the 23 wards of Tokyo (for out-of-town pick-ups, please allow the driver some free time or pay an additional fee based on actual conditions)
• Haneda Airport and Disney area hotels are not located in the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up range. Additional fees will be required.
