Customers must redeem their voucher with a Big Bus representative at any stop before boarding the bus or cruise. The recommended stop is in front of M&Ms World on 7th Ave. and 48th St. The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry operate from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Stop 9—Battery Park
