Join a Bordeaux wine tasting. Perfect for understanding the complexity of Bordeaux wines. Your guide will teach you how to taste and recognize grape varieties. You'll also learn about the history of Bordeaux wines.
Meet at 10:30 am and start with a welcome glass of white wine. Discover the basics of wine tasting, so you’ll never feel intimidated in a French restaurant again. Next, study the history of Bordeaux wines and their main grape varieties, such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Taste 2 single-varietal wines before joining a blending workshop.
Taste 2 blended wines prepared in front of you to understand their differences. Then, enjoy a blind tasting of a famous Bordeaux wine and guess where it’s from. All of this with a typical French aperitif (fresh bread, sausage, cheese, dark chocolate...) to pair with your wines and discover your tasting profile with the help of your guide.
