- Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.

- You have booked a private helicopter tour with 30-minutes of flight time over Miami. Please note that the full experience, including safety briefing, boarding, and disembarking, takes approximately 40 minutes. - Please arrive at Magic Air Tours 30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in, waiver signing, photo ID verification, and to present the credit or debit card used for payment. - All flights depart on time. Miami traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals will result in a missed tour with no refunds. - An airport fee of $19 per passenger is due at check-in, payable directly to Magic Air Tours. - Gratuities for the pilot are not included but are always appreciated.
