- If you need to cancel or reschedule, do let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking date to avoid any rescheduling fees
- All passengers weight combined cannot exceed 480 pounds or 218kgs . If all passengers weight combined exceeds 480 pounds, you tour will be cancelled. Please contact us before booking if you have any doubts.
- Solo travellers Accepted (will need to purchase 2 tickets)
- The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
- Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
- Flight route might change unannounced due to Air Traffic reasons.
- Minors must be accompanied by an Adult
- Dress appropriately: No bathing suits/See through clothes allowed
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes, no high heels or flip flops
