The entire Mendenhall Glacier ICE Adventure Tour operates in the Tongass National Forest, the largest National Forest in the United States.

In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with back problems. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Weather Cancellation Notice: in the event of abnormally high winds, this tour may need to be canceled and fully refunded. Katabatic winds can occur due to glacier-specific weather systems created on hot and sunny days. Cancellations may occur at or before the scheduled tour time based on wind readings. • AJ Dock Pickups are reserved only for guests sailing on the Norwegian Bliss or Norwegian Encore who have booked the Mendenhall Glacier Ice Adventure Tour. • All Tours depart within walking distance of the cruise port.
