- The hot-air balloon burner will emit a lot of heat; travelers are advised to wear a hat and sunglasses for protection
- The meetup time is usually 2 hours before sunrise. Travelers are advised to wear warm and windproof clothes
- Please look after your belongings at all times; the local agency and Over The Planet will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items
- Passengers must re-confirm on the night before the trip, between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Failure to do so may result in miscommunication and failure to fly, forfeiting your booking altogether. Please adjust your travel plans according to the details given by the service provider during the reconfirmation
- The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years old. Children ages 6 to 12 are welcome to fly when accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Hot-air ballooning is a weather-dependent activity, which means the flight is not guaranteed to proceed every day. Please download the Global Ballooning mobile app then enter the Global Ballooning Booking I.D. to access your booking – this is the ONLY way you will receive your flight update (Apple / Android). Please make sure your notifications are switched ON in your phone settings so you can receive updates. You will receive a notification by 6 pm the night before your flight. - All passengers are driven back to the meeting point, which is where breakfast is held (if included in your booking)
